Job SummaryThe Salesforce Business Analyst is responsible for bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams by translating business needs into actionable Salesforce requirements. This role supports Agile delivery by gathering requirements, creating user stories, and ensuring solutions align with business objectives while delivering measurable value.Key ResponsibilitiesWork closely with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document requirements for Salesforce initiativesTranslate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flowsDevelop and maintain documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, workflows, and requirement traceability matricesPerform impact analysis for enhancements, defects, and change requestsCollaborate with Salesforce developers, administrators, and architects to ensure accurate implementation of requirementsProvide functional guidance on Salesforce features including objects, fields, workflows/flows, validations, reports, and dashboardsParticipate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scenario creation, coordination, and validation of delivered solutionsSupport release readiness and post-deployment validation activitiesParticipate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectivesPartner with Product Owners to prioritize backlog items and ensure readiness of user storiesAct as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure effective communication and alignmentFacilitate workshops, requirement walkthroughs, and stakeholder review sessionsCommunicate progress, risks, and dependencies to project and delivery leadershipManage stakeholder expectations and ensure proper documentation and communication of changesRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in CRM or Salesforce environmentsStrong understanding of Salesforce concepts including data models, security, automation, reports, and dashboardsHands-on experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria in Agile environmentsProficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platformsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProven ability to work with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholdersAbility to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language
