Senior Product Manager-Tech, AWS Field eXperiences

Specifically, we are looking for a Product Manager that has experience reporting and is comfortable taking raw data to produce reports in a business analytics tool. We're looking for a tenacious self-starter with a passion for engagement products, who can serve as a strong advocate for our customers. You should have strong writing skills, an ability to technically dive deep, work with development teams, and possess the desire to develop ideas independently in a fast-paced start-up environment. You'll be responsible for building and orchestrating AI agents that collaborate seamlessly to automate administrative tasks—from prospecting and account planning to meeting preparation and opportunity management—enabling sellers to focus their time and energy on what they do best: building relationships and closing deals. Working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and field teams, you'll define product requirements, prioritize features, and deliver solutions that measurably reduce seller workload while improving sales effectiveness. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
