Marketing Manager

Our client, a growing multifamily real estate development company, is seeking a Freelance Marketing Manager to support the launch and ongoing marketing efforts for five new development properties. This role is highly execution-focused with some strategic input, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, project-driven environment. This person will work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners to bring marketing plans to life, ensuring all initiatives are delivered on time and aligned to business goals. This is contract role and will be 40 hours a week for 3 months, to start with hopes of extension. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities -Lead the execution of go-to-market strategies for new property developments -Build and manage integrated marketing campaigns (digital, onsite, experiential, etc.) -Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and internal teams to deliver campaigns -Interpret and manage complex project plans and timelines -Keep all stakeholders aligned, organized, and on track -Travel to San Antonio 2x per month (3-4 days at a time) to support onsite efforts -Partner with property teams to enhance the resident and prospect experience -Assist with wayfinding signage planning and placement -Support planning and execution of onsite events and activations -Work closely with development, leasing, and operations teams ________________________________________ Qualifications -5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within real estate, multifamily, or development-related industries -Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines -Must be based in Houston, TX -Willing and able to travel to San Antonio regularly (2x/month, multi-day stays) -Comfortable working onsite at properties as neededIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
