Job Title:Marketing ManagerTop-producing Compass real estate agent seeks a Marketing Manager to join the team and shape all marketing and branding projects, from concepts and development through implementation and tracking. This role provides vital account services and strategy to the agent to support all marketing efforts and the overall growth of the business.You will work collaboratively with Compass’ in-house marketing, agent experience, and creative teams. You will collaborate with the team and work with key external vendors, partners and clients to execute a wide variety of initiatives and to help ensure cohesion between the Compass brand and the agent’s luxury marketing/advertising deliverables.Location:This role is hybrid and will be based at the Compass, Westheimer office in Houston, TX.Responsibilities:Create and manage systems that drive efficiencies across team communications and processesProvide outstanding client service to make agent marketing efforts less time consuming and more effective as their ‘accountability partner’Work with Compass’s design team to coordinate the delivery of custom design projects and all associated materialsMonitor the ongoing efforts of the agent’s marketing initiatives and analyze the actual results from projects to determine their effectiveness, helping inform future marketing activities for the agent/teamDevelop marketing plans that allow the agent to maximize the effectiveness of the agent’s budget against tactics that will provide the greatest return on investmentIncludes activations in multiple channels including branding, advertising in print, digital, social media, photography and video, direct mail, and moreWork with the agent to integrate Compass’s platform and product tools into the team’s business operations through collaboration with Compass marketing, AEMs, and attending Compass trainingsResearch and design (within Compass’ tech platform) regional social media assets and weekly + monthly emails to promote agent’s business (examples: recent listings, local partnerships and events, and market reports).Experience:5 years of marketing experienceSkilled communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build and manage relationshipsMeticulous attention to detailSavvy with social media and Instagram specificallyStrong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop (not required, but helpful)Adept project manager; impeccable time management and prioritization skillsAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environmentExperience working in a client or account service environment a big plusExperience working in real estate marketing, and/or at a luxury brand a big plusProficient in the suite of office tools from Apple, Google and MicrosoftCompensation:The base pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
