The team at Hadady, LLC pioneered complex engine fabrications and has continued evolving into a vertically-integrated business that provides its customers with products that few can replicate.Welder II is responsible for performing welding operations according to work instructions, process prints and routers.Responsibilities:Operate robotic and manual MIG weld machines, utilizing various tools provided in the work area to perform welding tasksInspect own work for quality, using weld and attribute gauges and other measuring toolsRepair defective welds in-station using the carbon air arc process, grinders, and other toolsClear common faults in robotic welding systemsPerform mechanical tasks, including using lifting devices to move components over 35 lbs. and positioning heavy fabricated metal parts in weld fixturesConduct routine maintenance, such as wire changes and tip/nozzle replacementsFollow documented procedures, standard work instructions, routings, and blueprints to ensure safe and defect-free operationsConduct process and final inspections to ensure quality standards are metRequirements:High School Diploma or equivalentOne or more years of experience in weldingAbility to stand for prolonged periodsAbility to perform repetitive operationsAbility to lift up to 35 lbsSuccessful candidate will be able to demonstrate these skillsets:Blueprint reading experienceAbility to work as part of a team and undergo cross-trainingAbility to be a contributing team memberEffective communications skills* Hiring for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift. All training will be on 1st shift for up to 2 months before moving to hired shift.*Relocation is not available for this position.Visa Sponsorship is not available for this position.
