Registered Nurse (RN) | Labor & Delivery Location: Asheville, NC Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,787 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/27/2026 About the Position Job Title: Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Labor and Delivery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 10.5 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Current RN License Certifications: BLS, ALS, Advanced Fetal Monitoring Must-Have: L&D experience of 2 years High-risk experience Immediate newborn care Description: The unit has 16 beds and a staff of 120. Staff includes Day and Night Shift Charge Nurse, PCT, CST, and RN. Patient ratios are 1:1 and 1:2. Equipment includes Baxter Pumps and Phillips electronic fetal monitoring. The EMR system used is Cerner and Fetal ink. Candidates without the must-have skills will not be considered for the role. Preference will be given to candidates with circulating experience. Typical procedures performed include vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections, D&C, cerclage, and C-hyst. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, friendly, and adaptable.
