If a graduate from a nursing school that is not accredited, a minimum of five years of acutecarenursing experience is required to be considered; or an advanced degree from an accredited school; 3.Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree, (BSN), preferred or required within five years from date of hire(MSN enrollment would be accepted in place of BSN for those enrolling in an accelerated program). 4.
