Be a part of a financially stable, growing company, with an aggressive compensation plan and excellent benefits.The ideal candidate will: Have a proven track-record for business development, building long term client relationships, and meeting sales and revenue goals.Be an experienced sales HUNTER, especially in the area of business-to-business commercial contract sales.Have strong skills in prospecting, cold calling, setting appointments, qualifying and closing business.Take a structured approach to sales.Excel in a commission-based compensation structure with high earning potential.Comfortable with being held accountable for revenue growth.Be tenacious, optimistic, proactive, confident, ambitious, and maintain a high work and ethical standards.Be motivated to make an impact and WIN.Major Tasks & Responsibilities: Drive growth through new client acquisition.Develop, estimate, and close commercial maintenance contracts.Establish strong relationships with operations personnel to ensure customer needs are met.Develop regional contacts and professional network.Use and maintain a structured sales process and CRM reporting system.Required Skills & Experience: Significant sales or business development experience with commercial services industries (e.g., enterprise security, heavy equipment rental/sales, commercial cleaning or catastrophe clean-up, commercial property sales or pest control) or other business to business situations.Proven ability to manage contracts and negotiate contract termsStrong relationship building capabilitiesSelf-driven and self-disciplinedDemonstrated ability to be a top producer and an industry leaderExtensive business-to-business sales in a full sales lifecycle environmentMust be able to travel within targeted territory (occasional overnight travel outside of target territory may be required)
