Business Development Specialist

In-Flight Crew Connections (IFCC) is looking for a driven, relationship-oriented Business Development Specialist to join our growing team.This is a high-impact, revenue-generating role focused on opening new doors, building pipeline, and creating long-term client partnerships across the private aviation industry. If you enjoy consultative selling, building relationships, and working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, this could be a great fit.What You’ll DoAs a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and introducing IFCC’s workforce solutions to clients across the private aviation market. You will take a consultative, solution-oriented approach to understanding client needs and positioning IFCC as a trusted partner.In this role, you will:Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, email, LinkedIn, and networkingIdentify and engage decision-makers within target aviation marketsGenerate and qualify new business opportunitiesLead discovery conversations to understand client needs and prioritiesPosition IFCC’s services in a consultative, client-focused wayPartner closely with internal recruiting and account management teams to ensure a smooth transition of opportunitiesTrack activity, pipeline, and progress within CRM systemsShare market insight and client feedback with internal leadership and partnersWhat Success Looks LikeSuccessful candidates in this role will:Consistently generate new client conversations and qualified opportunitiesBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of target accounts and decision-makersRun effective discovery calls and uncover meaningful client needsOperate with organization, urgency, and accountabilityContribute directly to client growth and revenue generationWhat We’re Looking For2–5+ years of sales or business development experienceProven success in a performance-driven environmentStrong communication and relationship-building skillsCompetitive, resilient, and results-oriented mindsetHigh level of organization and follow-throughCoachable and committed to continuous improvementAbility to operate effectively in a structured, process-driven environmentWhat Sets You ApartExperience in staffing, recruiting, or aviationInterest in aviation and willingness to build industry expertiseA consultative selling mindsetAbility to build credibility with senior decision-makersStrong ownership, energy, and accountabilityWhy IFCCAt IFCC, you’ll be part of a collaborative, team-first environment where performance and culture both matter.
