If this sounds like you, please read on!What you'll do:Lead the estimating process for large-scale projects from conceptual budgets through final GMP proposalsReview drawings, specifications, and bid documents to prepare accurate and competitive estimatesSolicit and analyze subcontractor and vendor pricing, ensuring complete scope coverageBuild and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, architects, and clientsCollaborate with project teams during preconstruction to identify cost-saving strategies, phasing options, and value engineering opportunitiesMentor junior estimators, providing guidance on quantity take-offs, pricing, and bid preparationContribute to business development efforts by supporting proposals and client presentationsWhat you need:8+ years of estimating experience, primarily with general contractorsPrior experience as a senior estimator, or be an estimator who's ready to take on a senior positionProven ability to manage estimates for commercial projects ranging from $10M$100M+Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and market pricingProficiency with estimating software (Procore, OST, or similar preferred)Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentWhat's in it for you:Competitive base salary ($140,000 - $180,000+ DOE)Excellent benefits packageAnnual bonusExcellent growth trajectoryExposure to diverse, high-profile projects across multiple market sectors in New England
