Job Description Material Handler  Job Summary: Kelly is hiring for a Temporary Material Handler position is responsible for various duties, including prep work for operations, rotating between line positions, handling ingredients, assembling cases, placing products on the line, packing finished products, and maintaining cleanliness. This role requires adherence to all safety regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) while ensuring quality standards are met. Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:50 am – 3:00 pm (overtime and weekend work may be required) Pay: $19.69 an hour Location: Archbold, OH- Onsite Essential Job Functions:Ability to work assigned schedule and required overtimeRegular attendance to meet production goalsAbility to follow instructions accuratelyWillingness to use or learn equipment and tools required for the positionStrong communication skillsExcellent attention to detailCapable of working independently and as part of a teamAbility to lift and move up to 50 lbsJob Duties:Wear all required personal protective equipment and perform safety checks on equipment before useFeed production equipment, position boxed ingredients, fill trays and magazines, assemble cases, and monitor equipment as neededManually place required portions of ingredients into products or trays moving along the conveyorPack finished cartons into cases, push full cases to sealing areas, and hand stack cases on palletsMaintain a clean and organized work area, properly dispose of waste, and clean tools and equipment as neededAttend daily shift meetings, safety briefings, and other required meetingsPerform additional duties as assigned by supervisionKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and workplace safety standardsUnderstanding of procedures to minimize damage and lossKnowledge of 5S organizational principlesQualifications:Education: High school diploma or GED preferredExperience: Minimum 6 months of production or related experience preferredAs part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
