Urethane and Other Foam Product (except Polystyrene) Manufacturing

Urethane and other foam product manufacturing makes cushioning, insulation, and protective foam items using urethane and similar foam materials (not polystyrene). Jobs often include machine operation, foam mixing/blending, cutting and finishing, quality inspection, and maintenance in manufacturing plants. You’ll usually work hands-on around equipment and chemicals, may follow safety procedures and wear PPE, and can work shifts depending on production schedules. Entry-level roles are commonly available with training on shop-floor processes.
