Now Hiring: Commercial Loan Specialist ??We are partnering with a well-established financial institution seeking an experienced Commercial Loan Specialist to join their Loan Operations team.This role is ideal for someone with strong commercial lending operations experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing the full loan process from origination through post-closing.?? Key Responsibilities:• Manage commercial loan due diligence, documentation preparation, closing, and post-closing review• Prepare and review loan documents using LaserPro• Coordinate appraisals, flood certifications, environmental reports, title work, and insurance documentation• Work closely with lenders, attorneys, title companies, and clients throughout the closing process• Board and fund loans accurately within the core system• Process renewals, extensions, UCC filings, and exception tracking• Ensure compliance, accuracy, and timely turnaround on all loan files• Maintain strong communication and exceptional customer service internally and externally?? Qualifications:• 7–10+ years of commercial loan processing experience• Previous LaserPro experience required• Experience with loan boarding and commercial loan documentation• Strong understanding of loan compliance and closing procedures• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently• Experience with Fiserv DNA is a plus??
