Growing together.The Senior Patient Access Capacity Manager oversees the planning, analytics, and reporting functions that optimize scheduling and patient access center productivity. This role provides leadership to the capacity management team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and best practices in ambulatory scheduling. The manager partners with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve issues, develop workflows, and establish KPIs. The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment.
