Assistant General ManagerWe are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our fast-paced trampoline park team in Odessa, TX. This leadership role helps oversee daily operations, staff performance, and guest satisfaction while supporting the General Manager in maintaining a safe, fun, and high-energy environment for our guests.The ideal candidate is bilingual, highly organized, and experienced in managing teams in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Assist the General Manager with daily park operationsManage staffing schedules and support hiring needsTrain and mentor team members to ensure excellent customer serviceGreet guests and help create a positive experience for families and visitorsMonitor park safety and operational standardsAssist with inventory management and supply ordersHelp maintain a clean, organized, and efficient facilityStep in to resolve guest concerns or operational issues as neededPay will be based on job experience.Requirements:Minimum 3+ years of management experienceBilingual (English/Spanish) requiredStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentExcellent customer service and problem-solving skillsMust be available to work weekendsAbility to lead by example and motivate a teamWhat we're looking for: Energetic and positive attitude, strong organizational skills, experience in hospitality, entertainment, retail, or similar environments preferred.
