Senior Project ManagerLocation: Texas Stelvio are working with a a leading EPC contractor specialising in renewable energy projects across the United States. With a strong track record delivering ground-mounted solar and battery energy storage systems, they focus on building long-term partnerships and delivering high-quality infrastructure that supports the energy transition.You’ll be joining a growing organisation where collaboration, accountability, and strong relationships sit at the core of how projects are delivered.In this role, you will act as a key point of contact across the full EPC lifecycle, working closely with clients, subcontractors, and consultants while leading multiple projects simultaneously.You will:ResponsibilitiesManage projects from preconstruction handover through to completionReview drawings and specifications, defining subcontractor scopes of workDevelop, maintain, and drive project schedulesOversee project budgets, financial reporting, and cost trackingLead client, subcontractor, and consultant meetings, maintaining strong working relationshipsEnsure quality assurance and quality control standards are metEnforce safety protocols across project teamsPrepare and manage subcontractor agreements and vendor contractsCoordinate OAC meetings and maintain alignment on schedule and budgetManage change orders, value engineering, and cost reconciliationsTrack project progress and report updates to internal stakeholdersMaintain accurate project documentation throughout deliverySupport contract negotiations and risk evaluationProvide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior project management staffQualifications10+ years’ experience in construction project managementExperience within renewable energy or utility-scale solar is beneficialStrong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and cost managementProficiency with Procore, Microsoft Project, Word, and ExcelStrong communication skills, both written and verbalHighly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrentlyStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environmentComfortable adapting to changing priorities and project demandsBenefitsDiscretionary annual performance bonus401(k) with company matchingMedical and dental insurancePaid time off plus company holidaysProfessional development supportFlexible hybrid working environment
