Assistant Project Manager – Renewable Energy (EPC)Texas, Hybrid$90,000 – $120,000 + BonusWe’re working with a leading EPC contractor delivering large-scale renewable energy projects across the U.S., including utility-scale solar and battery energy storage systems.This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to break into project management, working directly alongside experienced leaders on high-impact infrastructure projects.The Role:You’ll support a Senior Project Manager across the full EPC lifecycle, gaining hands-on experience in project coordination, stakeholder management, and construction delivery.What You’ll Be Doing:Support delivery of utility-scale solar and BESS projectsAssist with project schedules, tracking milestones and progressHelp review drawings, specifications, and scopes of workSupport budgeting, cost tracking, and reporting activitiesCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teamsAssist with client and OAC meetings, capturing notes and actionsHelp manage RFIs, change orders, and project documentationSupport QA/QC and safety processes on-site and across teamsTrack project updates and report progress internallyWhat We’re Looking For:Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)Open to recent graduates or candidates with up to ~2 years’ experienceStrong organisational and communication skillsInterest in renewable energy and infrastructure projectsFamiliarity with Excel; exposure to tools like Procore or MS Project is a plusProactive attitude with a willingness to learn and growWhy Apply:Strong entry point into renewable energy project managementDirect mentorship from experienced Senior Project ManagersClear progression into Project Manager rolesCompetitive salary401(k) with match, medical/dental, PTO, and hybrid flexibility
