Join us in our commitment to serving our local communities and maintaining our iconic American brand.General Responsibilities:Assist the General Manager with the efficient and effective management of the facility and managing the location in the absence of the General ManagerProvide excellent customer service and effectively manage employees during absence of manager, including addressing employee relations issuesManage expenses, merchandizing, profits and losses to ensure the financial stability of the operation; banking and completing DSR and shift analysis reportsConduct competitor surveys at the direction of management using personal vehicleAvailable to work any day and any shift as required.Qualifications/Experience/Education:Customer service, leadership, & basic computer skillsRetail experience is a plus but not required (we will train you!)Valid driver's license is required to perform banking responsibilities and to conduct competitor surveys. Reliable transportation and valid automobile insurance is requiredAbility to lift/carry up to 25 pounds and operate a dolly/handcart for heavier itemsPrevious customer service experience is a plusHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred, or equivalent experience.
