Executive Assistant to the CEO Era Global Technologies Era is a global technology-focused investment management firm founded by Jasper Lau, investing on behalf of a consortium of multi-billion-dollar families representing over $1 trillion in family businesses across 19 countries. Recently, Era formed a $1.5B AI Infrastructure Fund alongside NVIDIA, bringing together long-duration family capital and NVIDIAs senior AI leadership to build global AI infrastructure platforms. Era sits at the center of a global ecosystem of technology founders, industrial families, sovereign capital, and AI infrastructure builders. We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to the CEO to work directly with founder Jasper Lau, supporting both executive priorities and operational coordination across the firm. Key Responsibilities Executive & Strategic Support Manage the CEOs complex global calendar, including meetings with founders, investors, government leaders, and strategic partners. Coordinate international travel, logistics, and itineraries. Prepare briefing materials, research summaries, and meeting follow-ups. Help prioritize and track key initiatives and commitments across the CEOs agenda. Relationship & Network Management Support communications with family offices, sovereign investors, technology founders, and corporate leaders. Maintain CRM-style tracking of relationships and interactions for the CEO Ensure timely follow-ups and coordination after meetings. Operations & Office Management Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth functioning of the firm. Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and building management. Coordinate internal workflows and assist with firm-wide operational needs. Help implement organizational systems for scheduling, document management, and internal processes. Events & Convenings Assist in planning and executing private investor gatherings, family office symposiums, and industry events. Coordinate logistics, guest lists, materials, and communications. Support high-profile events such as family office/LP convenings and private investor dinners. Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is highly organized, resourceful, and capable of operating in high-performance environments. Ideal candidates may come from backgrounds such as: Executive support roles at venture capital firms, investment funds, or technology companies Consulting, finance, or startup operations Founder or early-stage startup environments Qualifications 3 + years of experience supporting senior executives or founders Exceptional organizational and project management skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities High degree of professionalism and discretion Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Comfort interacting with high-profile leaders and global stakeholders
