Their flagship product is an innovative CaHA filler designed for broad aesthetic applications, supported by strong clinical safety data and European regulatory compliance.As the company continues expanding across Europe, they are looking for a Sales Manager to support distributor development and business growth in EU markets.Core ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain relationships with local distributors, aesthetic clinics, and key physician networks in EU.Support regional sales growth and execute market expansion strategies.Identify new business opportunities and assist in channel development.Conduct product presentations, training coordination, and commercial negotiations.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support business planning.Collaborate closely with the international team to ensure smooth communication and execution.Candidate ProfileMinimum 2 years of sales experience in the medical aesthetics / aesthetic devices / dermal filler industry.Existing connections with aesthetic clinics, distributors, or physician networks.Strong communication and relationship management skills.Fluent English required; Italian or Spanish language skills are highly preferred.Self-driven and comfortable working in a remote environment.Regulatory & Product HighlightsProduct already holds EU MDR certification.Strong clinical safety profile supported by long-term clinical data.International team environment with growing European market presence.
