Key Responsibilities1) International Business DevelopmentDefine and drive the commercial strategy across assigned marketsEnsure revenue growth and strengthen brand penetration in each countryAdapt the offer and commercial conditions to local market specifics (needs, regulations, competition)Map, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholdersActively contribute to the development of commercial offers and promotional campaigns and deploy them across the sales networkIdentify and prioritize growth opportunities by country, segment, and client typeMonitor market trends and customer needs2) Sales Network ManagementIdentify and recruit new B2B partners (distributors, resellers)Select, train, and lead a strong and engaged sales network (agents, distributors, resellers)Support the network through field visits (joint client visits, negotiations, local marketing initiatives)Oversee field prospecting and client visit planningMonitor partner performance and implement corrective action plans when neededPropose relevant incentive and commission schemes for the sales network3) Commercial Contracts ManagementNegotiate, draft, and manage commercial agreementsAnalyze and contribute to the structuring of contracts (agents, distributors, commercial terms)Communicate and ensure implementation of contractual commitments with partners (targets, pricing, reporting, exclusivity, etc.)Monitor contract compliance: regular reviews, gap analysis, corrective actions, and renegotiations if requiredEnsure regulatory monitoring across markets4) Performance & ReportingDefine and manage budgets (sales, discounts, commissions, etc.)Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)Provide regular field feedback to headquarters (market trends, client needs, competitive insights)Ensure proactive and structured reporting to top managementOversee the handling of customer disputes, claims, and returns5) Brand Representation & DevelopmentPromote and strengthen the brand image across marketsDeploy the marketing strategy locallyParticipate in and contribute to the organization of European trade showsAct as a key interface between field teams and internal departments (marketing, customer service, supply chain, management)ProfileStrong charisma and leadership skillsProven ability to build, develop, and manage an external sales networkStrong analytical and numerical skillsCultural awareness and sensitivity across international marketsHigh level of autonomy and organizational skills (field-based role)Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skillsFluent in English and German (Mandatory)
