We serve a population of over 250,000 and feature two hospitals, two urgent cares, an emergent care center, outpatient services and a provider network with 19 regional locations.SummaryUnder the direction of the department manager and supervision of a Charge Nurse, demonstrates proficiency in administering the fundamentals of the nursing process, contributes to the nursing assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation. Develops and participates in the care plan of the patient. Employees in this position will not be primarily assigned to a specific unit; the expectation is to be assigned to a unit when they report to work.QualificationsRequired:Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Nevada or current Interim PermitCurrent American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS)/Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) for healthcare providersAmerican Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) for healthcare providers at time of hire.American Heart Association (AHA) Pediatric Advance Life Support (PALS) within 90 days of hireAcute Care experience required.
