Track and Document Progress: Monitor patient outcomes and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure ongoing achievement. Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Continuing education and post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported. Certifications Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license. NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification mandatory.
