Job Description Create Customized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and design tailored therapies that support their functional aspirations. Implement Effective Therapies: Apply evidence-based interventions to help enhance movement skills, cognitive function, and daily living tasks. Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work hand in hand with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, medical staff, and nurses to ensure comprehensive care. Guide Patients and Families: Provide education to patients and their families on therapy methods to foster ongoing improvement at home. Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical advancements and modify treatment plans as needed, keeping the focus on patients' goals. Education Earned degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution. Continuing education or post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported. Certifications Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license. NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required.
