Our employees are the best in their field.About This OpportunityWe are seeking a skilled Lathe Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating CNC Swiss lathes and a passion for precision machining. As a Lathe Operator at Microtech Knives, you will play a key role in producing high-quality components used in our premium knives.Here’s What You’ll Be Doing Operate CNC Swiss lathes to produce components to specified tolerances. Read and interpret blueprints and machining drawings. Perform set-ups and adjustments to machines as needed. Inspect finished components for quality and accuracy. Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure high standards. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures. What You’ll Need To Win High School Diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience operating CNC Swiss lathes. Proficient in reading and interpreting machining blueprints. Strong understanding of machining principles and methods. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
