Job Description
Job Summary Advanced practice provider (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) who can lead and develop a collaborative, multidisciplinary wound care team in multiple locations daily. The provider will travel to assigned/scheduled locations daily for clinical wound rounds at various facilities within a designated region to provide direct patient care to patients with compromised skin integrity.
