As a PHP Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying websites, web applications, and other software components using PHP and related technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet our clients' needs. Responsibilities Develop and maintain high-quality PHP-based applications, websites, and web services Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices Collaborate with designers and other developers to implement user-friendly interfaces and enhance the user experience Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and maintainability Troubleshoot and debug issues, perform testing, and ensure the overall reliability and performance of applications Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, trends, and industry best practices in web development Qualifications 5-8 years of related work experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) Proven experience as a PHP Developer, with a strong portfolio of previous projects Proficient in PHP and related frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter) Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end technologies Experience with database systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and SQL queries Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team Excellent communication and collaboration skills Attention to detail and commitment to writing clean, scalable, and maintainable code Not required, but nice to have: Experience with other programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Ruby) Knowledge of front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) Understanding of web security principles and best practices Familiarity with Agile development methodologies Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Paid time off Compensation Package: Bonus pay Schedule: 8 hour shift Work Location: In person
