With mentorship opportunities, clinical education courses, professional certification support, and educational assistance, you will have all the resources you need to build the career of a lifetime.Job Summary and QualificationsWhat you will do in this role:Assess patient condition during admission and during each procedure, identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.Perform procedures or other functions as ordered by the medical provider.Document the administration of care in the patient medical record in a timely and thorough manner.Perform the administration of prescribed medications and monitors response.Maintain a knowledge of medications, procedures, and equipment used in the care of Cardiac Cath Lab & EP Lab patients.What you will need in this role:Graduate of an accredited School of NursingCurrent State of Florida Registered RN License, orRecognized Compact Licensure (subject to Florida State Licensing Requirements, including/not limited to ongoing eligibility and duration provisions)Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS Certification via American Heart Association or American Red CrossA minimum of one year acute care Medical/Surgical/Cardiac RN experienceOne year Cath Lab RN experience requiredCall required for Cath LabBenefitsHCA Florida JFK Hospital, offers a total rewards package that supports the health, life, career and retirement of our colleagues.
