Job ResponsibilitiesIntake process- scanning all titles into title vaultVerify and validate titles for title negotiabilityShip all sold vehicle titles via FedEx or USPS to clientResponsible for generating and fulfilling picklistResponsible for performing monthly title audit and reconciling audit discrepanciesResponsible for sorting and filing title inventoryQualificationsMinimum:High School Diploma/GED.Generally, less than 2 years of experience.PreferredMust have strong organizational skills and be very detail oriented.Ability to type and use 10-key proficiently is preferred.Effective communication skills and strong customer service attitude is required.Be familiar with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).Effective communication skills and a strong customer service attitude are required.Work EnvironmentOffice setting.Work ScheduleMonday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm ESTUSD 16.59 - 24.86 per hourCompensationHourly pay rate is in the range of $16.59 - $24.86/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.BenefitsEmployees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
