Job ObjectiveProvides gathering and processing commercial support for Marketing Department and Lower 48 Upstream Asset TeamsEssential Job ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with Asset Team Operations and Engineering to successfully manage daily issues that ariseWork with third party midstream providers to ensure contract obligations and standards are being metTrack third party maintenance noticesMonitor and communicate gathering and processing project timing and risksWellhead interconnect contractingManage existing gathering and processing contracts including new connection requests, new well tie-ins, side letter agreements and P&A notificationsAssist with renewals and new contract negotiationAnalyze, review and interpret contractsCollaborate with team members to find opportunities to improve efficiencies on internal processes.Adheres to established work schedule, attendance standards and is punctual to work and meetings.Adheres to the company’s values – integrity, ownership, urgency, alignment and innovation.Supports company vision and mission.Other Job ResponsibilitiesOther duties as assigned by management.QualificationsFive (5) years minimum oil and gas upstream or midstream related experience.Ability to accurately solve problems and interpret contractsAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, supervisors, and other departmentsAbility to complete multiple, diverse tasks of differing priorities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to perform tasks and achieve results with a high degree of accuracy and precision.Proficiency in the use and application of the following software:Required: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook) Education RequirementsRequired: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year university or college with a degree in business or engineering or 10 years of related industry experience.
