Its mission is to deliver high-quality products and services that exceed client expectations. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Toolmaker, based in Edinboro, PA. The Toolmaker will be responsible for designing, constructing, repairing, and maintaining precision tools, molds, dies, and specialized equipment. Daily tasks include interpreting technical drawings, operating various machinery, performing precise measurements, and troubleshooting to ensure tools meet high-quality standards and specific specifications. Collaboration with engineers and quality assurance teams is also a key aspect of this role. Qualifications Proficiency in operating tools and machinery such as lathes, grinders, and milling machinesStrong blueprint reading, technical drawing interpretation, and design skillsExperience with precision measurement tools and quality assurance processesKnowledge of materials used in toolmaking and understanding of their applicationsProblem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and repair tools and equipmentExcellent attention to detail and ability to maintain tight tolerancesStrong communication and teamwork skills for collaborating with cross-functional teamsHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification in machining or toolmaking is preferredPrior work experience in tool and die making, machining, or a related field is highly advantageous
