We source critical supplies, coordinate services, and broker contracts to ensure ships receive everything they need, efficiently, compliantly, and on schedule. Position SummaryThe Client Support Specialist acts as a frontline representative and problem-solver for clients, coordinating global logistics, sourcing supplies, and facilitating service contracts for vessels. This role requires frequent travel to naval bases, ports, ship locations, and client offices worldwide to ensure seamless execution of time-sensitive requests. Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for vessel crews, operators, and clientsCoordinate sourcing and delivery of ship supplies, equipment, and servicesBroker and manage vendor relationships for services such as fuel, provisions, repairs, inspections, and port servicesTravel to domestic and international ports to support active client needs and ensure service deliveryManage multiple urgent requests with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environmentCommunicate real-time updates to clients regarding orders, logistics, and service timelinesTroubleshoot issues on-site and coordinate rapid solutionsMaintain accurate documentation, quotes, and service recordsBuild and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients globally QualificationsStrong organizational and multitasking skills under pressureExcellent communication and relationship-building abilitiesWillingness and ability to travel frequently, including internationally and on short noticeValid passport (or ability to obtain one)Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Familiarity with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Tasks, etc) Travel RequirementsFrequent domestic and international travel (often short notice)Ability to travel for extended periods depending on vessel schedules Work EnvironmentHybrid of office, port facilities, and on-vessel environments, (working from home is discouraged)Exposure to industrial and maritime settings when on-site
