Production Coordinator II
DescriptionRack & Riddle Custom Wine Services, the #1 custom sparkling wine producer in the United States, is looking to add two Production Coordinator - Level 2s to our team. One of these Production Coordinator - Level 2s will be based in Geyserville, CA and the other will be based in Healdsburg, CA.Production Coordinator - Level 2 is responsible for maintaining and processing accurate and timely system records that support operational efficiency and effective flow of communication. The position will have a strong focus on computer system accuracy. There will be a focus on timely month-end data reconciliation, system updates and processing to facilitate regulatory/government/financial reporting activity. Essential ResponsibilitiesSupports in the gathering of production information and ensure computer system data set-up is correct. o Prepares required shop floor documents (production packets) o Collects completed shop floor documents/computer system input data. Communicates daily pre-production data to internal departments and external customers. Inputs accurate and timely WO (work order) completion related data into company tracking system. Identifies and reports system mismatches between the inventory management system and the company tracking system. Updates management reporting data and reviews for accuracy. Supports planning and process for production lines. Supports administration of site processes. Troubleshoots and fixes any system errors. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Assists with end of run reconciliation process for packaging operations. Supports month end inventory reporting requirements. Assists with end of run reconciliation process for packaging operations. Supports appropriate cycle counting and physical inventory reconciliation processes. Works closely with Operations, Winemaking, and Warehouse staff to ensure system inventory is accurately reflected in the company tracking system. Inputs accurate and timely WO (work order) completion related data into company tracking system. NetSuite Act as support for Production Support Manager. Execution of schedules for the three bottling lines. Communicate any scheduling issues for resolution.Interface with Managers and Clients.RequirementsA successful candidate's background will include:Must possess a high level of accuracy, attention to detail and follow-through in all tasks. Computer and systems capability - including MS Office Suite/Excel, and other production/materials applications. Customer service orientation and focus. Good written and verbal communication skills. Bilingual (English, Spanish) a plus. Post high school education or 3-5 years of experience in warehouse, production, and materials control roles. Wine industry experience and exposure in wine, materials, inventory and production is required.Ability and desire to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment. Ability to work safely and accurately in a fast-paced environment is required.
