Description:As a Guest Experience Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding service to guests in the dining area. You will also assist them with our innovative kiosk ordering system, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. Key Responsibilities:Welcome every guest with a friendly smile and guide them through our kiosk ordering system. Act as the go-to expert on kiosk functions to provide quick and efficient assistance to guests. Support guests with rewards programs, placing orders, processing payments, and beverage service. Deliver beverage service while assisting guests at the kiosks. Collaborate with team members to meet guest needs, run food, and pre-bus tables during less busy times. Keep the kiosk area clean and well-stocked, including changing receipt paper as necessary. Engage guests by offering sampling opportunities as they enter the café. Ensure that all guest requests are handled with a positive attitude and proactive approach. Promote and support company initiatives in a positive manner. Secondary Responsibilities:Assist colleagues with food running and pre-bussing during slower periods. Keep product displays organized and stocked for customer accessibility. Maintain cleanliness at the condiment station and throughout the dining area. Regularly sweep and tidy up the dining room and bus tables as needed. Take on additional duties as required to support the team. Work Schedule:Availability for low volume hours from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with the flexibility to adapt during peak times for medium to high volume situations.
