Sanger, CA 93657We're Hiring Overnight Guest Services & Safety Manager!Wonder Valley Ranch ResortFull-Time | Overnight (Graveyard)$22–$25/hour (Based on Experience)About the RoleWonder Valley Ranch Resort is seeking a dependable, service-driven Overnight Guest Services & Safety Manager (MOD) to oversee resort operations during overnight hours. This position serves as the on-site leader after hours, ensuring guest satisfaction, safety, and smooth resort operations when other departments are not present.The ideal candidate is confident working independently, comfortable making decisions, and committed to providing an exceptional guest experience—even in the quietest hours of the night.What You'll DoAs the Overnight MOD, you'll be responsible for maintaining operational excellence and guest satisfaction throughout the property by:Serving as the on-site Manager on Duty during overnight shiftsHandling after-hours guest check-in/check-out and reservations as neededAnswering and routing incoming guest calls with professional phone etiquetteResolving guest concerns promptly and professionallyConducting routine property patrols to ensure safety and securityCoordinating with security staff during events when applicableOverseeing overnight hotel and resort operationsCompleting meeting room and event setup transitions, including furniture movementInspecting vacant rooms and facilities; reporting maintenance or housekeeping issuesShutting down utilities in unused areas to support cost control effortsBalancing cash banks and handling register transactionsCommunicating overnight activity and key updates to incoming management and front desk teamsWhat We're Looking ForPrevious management or supervisory experience in hospitality, resort, hotel, or wedding/event venuesStrong customer service and conflict-resolution skillsAbility to work independently and make sound decisions during overnight hoursExcellent communication, organization, and time-management skillsComfortable with physical activity, including walking the property and light liftingHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredSchedule & Work RequirementsOvernight shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysOvertime may be requiredEmployee Benefits & PerksFor Regular Full-Time Employees:401(k) retirement planHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid sick time and vacationPerks Available to All Employees:Meals provided when guests are on propertyEmployee discountsFacility use privileges (Fitness Room, fishing in the pond, and more)Join our team and enjoy meaningful work, great benefits, and perks that make every shift rewarding!J-18808-Ljbffr
