Employs independent judgment in the delivery of care. Collects relevant data pertinent to the patient's health or situation. Analyzes assessment data to determine diagnosis and care issues. Develops a plan that prescribes interventions to achieve desired outcomes. Implements care plans and coordinates care delivery effectively.
