This role is primarily focused on frontend engineering, with approximately 70–80% React/Next.js development and 20–30% Python FastAPI backend development and API integration.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing and developing enterprise-scale web applications using React.js and Next.js, implementing Micro Frontend architecture, building server-side rendered applications, and integrating scalable backend services developed using Python FastAPI. Candidates must possess strong real-time project experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced Agile environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance enterprise web applications using React.js and Next.js.Build reusable, modular, and maintainable UI components following modern frontend architecture principles.Develop applications using Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Static Site Generation (SSG), and Incremental Static Regeneration (ISR) with Next.js.Design and implement Micro Frontend (MFE) architecture for scalable enterprise applications.Develop responsive, mobile-friendly, and cross-browser compatible user interfaces.Utilize TanStack Query (React Query) for efficient server-state management, caching, synchronization, and API optimization.Manage application state using Zustand.Integrate frontend applications with Python FastAPI backend services.Develop and enhance RESTful APIs using Python FastAPI.Collaborate closely with backend developers to define API contracts and optimize frontend-backend communication.Optimize application performance through lazy loading, code splitting, memoization, and rendering optimizations.Participate in application architecture discussions and technical design reviews.Write clean, reusable, scalable, and well-documented production-quality code.Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers when required.Troubleshoot production issues and resolve application defects efficiently.Work closely with Product Owners, UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, and DevOps teams.Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.Ensure high-quality deliverables through unit testing, integration testing, and peer reviews.Interview ProcessRound 1: 15–20 minute technical screening with the TekServs Cons technical team.Round 2: 30–60 minute technical interview with the direct client or implementation partner.Final Round: Client discussion (if required).Employment RequirementsEmployment Type: Strictly TekServs Cons LLC W2.We are actively hiring candidates on OPT, STEM OPT, and CPT, provided they possess 6–8+ years of genuine real-time industry experience that aligns with the technical requirements of this position.Candidates must have strong hands-on experience building enterprise-grade React.js and Next.js applications in production environments.Python FastAPI experience is required for backend API development and frontend integration.Candidates should be willing to work in a hybrid or onsite environment based on client requirements.No C2C, third-party vendors, or employer transfers.Only candidates with verifiable real-time project experience matching the required skill set will be considered.
