Epic Reporting Analyst – Clarity / Caboodle

We are seeking an Epic Reporting Analyst with strong experience in the Cogito suite, specifically Clarity and Caboodle, to support reporting and analytics initiatives.This is a hands-on role requiring strong SQL skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Must Haves: 4–7+ years of Epic reporting experienceStrong hands-on experience with Epic Cogito tools (Clarity and/or Caboodle)Advanced SQL skills (this is critical)Experience building and maintaining reports in an Epic environmentAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesNice to Haves: Familiarity with healthcare data models and workflowsExperience working in high-volume reporting environmentsExposure to data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
