This role is ideal for someone with a strong finance or accounting background who has hands-on experience leveraging Databricks for data transformation, analysis, and reporting.You will work cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams to build scalable data solutions, enhance reporting capabilities, and drive data-driven decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and optimize data pipelines and analytical workflows in DatabricksPerform data extraction, transformation, and validation across financial systemsBuild dashboards, reports, and financial models to support FP&A and accounting functionsCollaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutionsEnsure data accuracy, integrity, and governance standards are metSupport automation of financial reporting processesDocument processes, data flows, and technical solutionsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field3–5 years of hands-on experience using DatabricksStrong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and reporting processesExperience with SQL and data modelingExperience working with large datasets and structured/unstructured dataStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionallyPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting FP&A, controllership, or audit functionsExposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Experience integrating ERP or financial systems with DatabricksFamiliarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
