Items include, but not limited to, User Guides, Dashboard Navigation graphics, Reference Materials, Training Videos.Present training items to audiences of different sizes, and to different levels of leadership.Create training standards that can scale.Collaborate with the MARS metric and data visualization leads, and with the Dashboard business owners, to develop training materials for each Dashboard/Solution.Ensure that new end users can easily reference training materials without outside assistance.Gather feedback on training sessions/materials and incorporate new learning in future iterations of materials.Coordinate and facilitate training sessions for audiences in various time zones.Coordinate ad-hoc training sessions (i.e. office hours, etc.) as necessary.Job Requirements:Bachelor’s or higher degree5+ years’ experience in life sciences / pharmaceutical company in an R&D department (Clinical Operations, Data Sciences, etc.).Must have professional experience in developing and presenting complex material to large audiences.Experience in developing training material in Powerpoint and producing training videos.Experience in presenting to international audiences is preferred, but not required.Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required.Ability to work independently.Ability to organize training libraries
