Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Jewelry Consultant at our Green Hill, TN location. As a Jewelry Consultant, you will assist customers in finding the perfect piece of jewelry for their special occasions while providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include guiding customers through product selections, creating a remarkable shopping experience, managing retail sales transactions, and offering expert advice on jewelry design and care. Additionally, you will focus on building strong relationships with customers and being a trusted advisor for their jewelry needs. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to provide an exceptional shopping experienceExperience in Customer Experience and Retail Sales, with a focus on relationship-building and achieving sales goalsKnowledge or interest in Jewelry Design and craftsmanship is a plusAbility to work as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environmentHigh school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in retail or jewelry sales is an advantage
