The role involves providing exceptional customer service, developing in-depth product knowledge, assisting customers in selecting jewelry, and driving retail sales. Additional responsibilities include building strong client relationships, meeting sales targets, and maintaining a well-organized and visually appealing retail environment.QualificationsProduct Knowledge: Strong understanding of fine jewelry, including gemstones, precious metals, and craftsmanship.Retail Sales: Experience in retail sales and meeting or exceeding sales targets.Communication and Customer Service: Excellent communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.Sales: Ability to build trust with clients, upsell, and maintain lasting relationships with a client-focused approach.Additional Qualifications: High attention to detail, a professional demeanor, and experience in luxury or high-end retail sales is a plus.
