We are seeking an experienced ADP Vantage HCM Consultant with strong expertise in enterprise payroll, HRIS, and workforce management solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ADP Vantage HCM, supporting implementation, configuration, and ongoing operations for large-scale organizations. Plano TX No H1B transfer Hybrid Implement and configure ADP Vantage HCM modules including Payroll, Time & Labor, Benefits, and HR Manage end-to-end payroll processing (multi-state) ensuring compliance with federal and state regulationsConfigure earnings, deductions, taxes, and workflowsSupport data migration, validation, and system integrationsDevelop and maintain custom reports and dashboardsPerform system testing (UAT, SIT) and support go-live activitiesTroubleshoot payroll and system issues and coordinate with ADP support Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and security controls API integrations (REST/SOAP)Data formats: XML, JSON, SFTPAdvanced Excel (Pivot tables, formulas)Basic SQL knowledge
