The role includes handling inbound and outbound sales opportunities, building client relationships, generating new business, and providing tailored insurance solutions for both personal and commercial clients.Unlike many agency sales roles, this position includes:Hundreds of active clients and warm leadsNo cold-calling requirementCommission opportunities from day oneDedicated support staff for account servicingEmployer-paid networking group participationMarketing support providedCommercial insurance growth opportunitiesAccess to multiple insurance carriers and marketsAI-enabled systems designed to improve efficiency and client experienceCompensation includes a competitive base salary plus commission, with strong long-term income growth potential. QualificationsActive Property & Casualty and Life insurance licenses requiredExperience in insurance sales, inside sales, or lead generationStrong communication and relationship-building skillsSelf-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilitiesComfortable working independently in a hybrid environmentAbility to identify client needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
