The ideal candidate will have experience creating engaging learning content, facilitating training sessions, developing instructional videos, and supporting technology adoption initiatives in a professional or shared services environment.This role will focus on training end users on financial systems, procurement tools, travel and expense platforms, budgeting applications, and compliance-related procedures while ensuring all training materials align with accessibility standards and organizational requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deliver instructor-led and asynchronous training programs for Administrative & Finance systems and processesCreate engaging instructional materials including job aids, user guides, presentations, quick reference documents, and training manualsDevelop instructional and asynchronous training videos using tools such as Camtasia and Articulate360Deliver hands-on system training for ERP platforms, procurement systems, travel & expense tools, budgeting applications, and financial systemsSupport implementation of new technologies and process improvements through effective training and change management initiativesCollaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), business teams, and stakeholders to identify training needs and develop customized learning solutionsEnsure all training content complies with Title II Accessibility Requirements and organizational standardsManage and upload training content to Learning Management Systems (LMS) platformsTrack training participation, learner engagement, and training effectiveness metrics to support continuous improvement initiativesFacilitate workshops, virtual training sessions, webinars, and user support activitiesAssist in developing communication plans and change management strategies to support business transformation initiativesProvide ongoing end-user support and guidance for financial, procurement, and travel systemsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience3–5 years of professional experience in training, education, instructional design, learning & development, business administration, communication, or related fieldsStrong facilitation, communication, and curriculum development skillsHands-on experience with video training development and asynchronous learning systemsExperience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning toolsStrong knowledge of training development platforms such as Camtasia and Articulate360Strong understanding of Title II Accessibility Requirements and accessible learning practicesProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and OutlookAbility to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience working within a shared services environmentExperience with PeopleSoft, Jaggaer, Oracle EPM, Concur, Zoom, Camtasia, and ArticulateExperience supporting ERP systems, procurement systems, or financial applicationsKnowledge of change management and organizational training strategies
