🚨 Hiring: Training Specialist – Westborough, MA (Hybrid/Onsite) 🚨📍 Location: Westborough, MA 01581📅 Duration: 7 MonthsWe are looking for an experienced Training Specialist with strong curriculum development and asynchronous learning experience to support Administration & Finance Shared Services operations.🔹 Key Responsibilities:• Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs• Create instructional videos, job aids, presentations, and asynchronous learning materials• Facilitate training on financial systems, procurement tools, travel & expense systems, and budgeting platforms• Collaborate with SMEs to develop specialized training content• Support change management and technology/process deployments• Ensure all learning materials comply with Title II Accessibility Requirements• Measure and track training effectiveness🔹 Required Qualifications:✔ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience✔ 3–5 years of experience in training, education, curriculum development, communications, or related fields✔ Strong facilitation and communication skills✔ Experience developing asynchronous learning and video-based training✔ Knowledge of LMS platforms and e-learning tools✔ Experience with Camtasia, Articulate360, Zoom, and Microsoft Office Suite✔ Strong understanding of Title II Accessibility Requirements🔹 Preferred Skills:➕ Shared services environment experience➕ Experience with PeopleSoft, Jaggaer, Oracle EPM, and Concur📩 Interested candidates can send resumes to:
