Lead AI/ML Engineer

This dynamic organization leverages advanced machine learning and agentic AI to tackle complex challenges, driving efficiency and intelligence for their clients.The Role Lead the design, development, and deployment of production-grade LLM applications, RAG pipelines, and autonomous agent frameworks. Architect and implement multi-agent orchestration patterns, tool calling, stateful graphs, and memory management using frameworks like LangGraph or AutoGen. Leverage the Google Cloud Platform AI ecosystem, including Vertex AI (Model Garden, Endpoint Deployment, Vector Search, Workbench) and cloud-native services. Develop robust, clean, and tested Python microservices using advanced techniques (AsyncIO, FastAPI, Pydantic, gRPC). Apply deep expertise in healthcare/payer workflows (Prior Authorization, Claims Processing) and health data standards (FHIR, EDI X12). Ensure HIPAA compliance, PHI handling, and data privacy within AI pipelines.What You'll Need 8+ years in software/AI engineering, with 3+ years directly building and deploying production LLM applications or agentic frameworks. Mastery of agentic frameworks and multi-agent orchestration patterns. Deep experience with Google Cloud Platform's AI ecosystem, especially Vertex AI and related cloud services. Advanced Python engineering skills for production environments, including AsyncIO, FastAPI, and containerization. Proven familiarity with healthcare/payer domain workflows and health data standards.
