The EC is responsible for upholding the core values of IGC and fostering a culture of service excellence.EC ResponsibilitiesInspire, motivate, encourage, and support all Company employeesLead by example and be a respected role model by managing with professionalism, integrity, and respectTrain and educate BOH staffMaintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation. Implement and enforce strict adherence to food safety and sanitation regulations.
