Job Title: Drafter/DesignerLocation: Irvine, CADuration: 6+ Months ContractJob SummarySeeking a Drafter/Designer to create and revise mechanical, electrical, and electronic drawings and technical documentation using 2D/3D CAD software. The role supports engineering teams by maintaining accurate technical data packages and engineering documentation.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and revise engineering drawings and related documentation.Support mechanical, electrical, and electronic component drafting.Maintain technical data packages and drawing revisions.Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams.Required QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED.1–2 years of drafting/design experience.Experience with mechanical, electrical, or electronic drafting.Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Preferred QualificationsCoursework or training in drafting, GD&T, or CAD technology.Knowledge of ASME Y14.5 (GD&T) and ASME Y14.100.Experience with SolidWorks, SOLIDWORKS PDM, AutoCAD, and Visio.Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, or electronic design.Additional RequirementsMust be eligible to meet U.S. export compliance and/or U.S. Government contracting citizenship requirements.Strong communication skills and ability to work under deadlines.
