The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of opening new logos, building strategic client relationships, and driving engineering services revenue growth.๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐โ Identify, target, and acquire new customers within the Medical Devices / MedTech ecosystem.โ Drive end-to-end business development activities including prospecting, solution positioning, negotiations, and closure.โ Build and execute strategic account penetration plans across Midwest territories.โ Collaborate with delivery, solutioning, and practice teams to develop customized engineering services proposals.โ Develop strong CXO-level and engineering leadership relationships within target accounts.โ Maintain healthy sales pipeline and achieve annual revenue quota of approximately $3Mโ$5M.โ Track market trends, competitive intelligence, and emerging opportunities within MedTech engineering services.๐ฅ๐ฒ๐พ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐ค๐๐ฎ๐น๐ถ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐โ 8โ15 years of experience in sales/business development within Engineering Services or ER&D services.โ Strong hunting capability with proven success in new logo acquisition.โ Prior experience selling into Medical Devices / MedTech/Pharma clients is mandatory.โ Strong understanding of engineering services, product engineering, digital engineering, or embedded systems offerings.โ Existing relationships within Midwest OR East Coast MedTech customer ecosystem preferred.โ Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory.๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ณ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐ค๐๐ฎ๐น๐ถ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐โ Candidate located in Midwest OR East Coast Region or near major MedTech customer hubs.โ Experience working with global engineering services organizations.โ Strong consultative selling and executive stakeholder management skills.
